Prevaling Wage Question Ready to File I140 with Approved PERM

My PERM was approved last April 29, 2007 and I'm not ready to file my I-140 the problem is that W2 is required I think. My question is for the past 4 years my salary was different from the one stated on my PERM. I was only paid 27,500 a year but on my labor the prevailing wage must be 36,500. My company agreed to changed my salary to 36,500. I was also informed by my ex-attorney that its ok provided that before I got the GC in the future, I must be already earning that amount of salary stated on my PERM.

Would this create a problem on my I-140 application?
