Prevailing wage was lower than stated now

When my LC was filed back in 2002 the prevailing wage was $9.57 per hour and now it is $14.10 for Level 1, and $17.25 for level 2. How will this affect my LC?
 
Prevailing wage consideration is at the time of applying your LC. Any change may not affect you.
