Please help me..software engineer with minimum of 5 years of experience
where would this fall? Level 2 or level 3? how much would it be in New York.
help will be highly appreciated. Planning to file EB2

Tech Specialist

My TITLE is Technical Specialist, Application Development. I do Java web and software development. 5 years of experience..I am not able to find a match for that title.

Could you please help me figure out?
