Hello,
Any advice would be appreciated much.
My LC was certified but while we were in the process they gave us so much higher prevailing wage than the State pw. We contested back that time and wait for them till almost the deadline of submission for conversion RIR. Heard nothing.
We finally decided to recruite with their higher pw. LC got certified. Now, we decided to appeal back to correct the pw in order to proceed with I140/485. My lawyer had called them, left them message. Last week, he wrote to BALCA (Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals) but heard nothing.
Does anyone know any specific person whom to talk to with phone or email? He just need to get to the right person.
