Did any one notice this announcement at the Travel.State web site related to the new healthcare proclamation of president trump which we already heard about in 4/10/2019
As they say that applicants should be able to demonstrate to the consular officer that they have the financial resources to pay for reasonably foreseeable medical costs or will have approved health insurance within 30 days of entry into the United States.

SO its legally official now or what , i am wondering ???
