Hi, I'm a new member in this forum. My wife and I are finishing the application of DS260 for 2016. My wife is the principal applicant. Currently we are not living together for economic reasons. We are living separately in our parents homes. Is there any problem if in the present address we complete different ones? I have to write my home address and she her address. Please if it is possible reply us as soon as you can. Thank you.

Like I already responded in my PM, one is required to always be truthful with the information they provide during an immigration process. So you should go ahead and list the different addresses you both use. Then expect the CO to query why you're not living together, you explain yourself like you did here. You should also be prepared to present documents/evidence attesting to the fact that your marriage is genuine.

It might be useful for you to conduct a search in this forum of comparable cases (married, living separately with respective parents) to understand the scenario you possibly may be facing. Of course, as always, your specific case may be handled and processed differently, yet better to have a concrete understanding I believe. Good luck!

Thank you very much for your suggestion
