1. Do you have to submit originals if you are noting certain documentation as proof in your exhibits? In otherwords, if I attach a copy of my certified mailing, is that sufficient or should I attach the original receipt?
2. What percentage of N-400 applicants eventually get their cases adjudicated without taking any action such as filing a law suit? How long is the average time they get stuck in name check if it has been over 120 days past the interview?
3. We asked for a modified oath (due to religious resasons). What happens if the case gets denied by USCIS? Is there ever a chance I can resubmit an application if I decide to take full oath in future?
4. Are applications filed as "Pro Se" given special treatment? i.e. retaliation for filing, dismissed, etc.
Thanks
