Preparing AOS petition

Hi,
After sending the documents to the attorney how long
does he/she takes to file the AOS? It has been over
a month and half now and I haven't heard from my
attorney yet... I'm wondering if it is too early to complain
to my employer?

Did you "type" the application? I would not be surprised if your lawyer sends your application set back to you after 2 months and ask you to sign the "typed" copy.
You have every right to call attorney and ask when the 485 was filed (put a trick question about receipt date...should be few days after actual date of putting in the post box...)
 
Nope, I didn't type the application. I hope she files
it soon. I guess I have to call her and find when
she is gonna file it.
