I moved my unapproved H1 application to premium abt 2 weeks ago and when they processed it they asked me to send the orignal I-94 card since the photocopy did not show the immigration stamp clearly. I sent it immediately. This was NOT a query, simply a document replacement request.
I received notification today that they have received the requested I-94 but now they are saying "we will processs your application in the next 60 days".
Premium processing has a guarantee of 14 days.
My question is : due to the requested document (which was sent to them in less than 24 hours), is this now considered a normal application and not premium processing anymore?
Their status text reads "You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. "
