Folks, USCIS claims there is no premium processing for I-485 but those that did I-140 Premium Processing are getting approvals on their 485 from X Weeks - X Months - yes including the so called FBI Namechecks. While others that filed their 485 prior to any type of Premium Processing the past years, remain stuck for years. Please see India EB2 case approvals on www.trackitt.com from NSC. This is very disheartening for India EB2 filers. Who cares but yourself right? - Not the Employer, US Chamber of Commerce or AILA. Only H1 matters to them.
