Premium Service

I submitted H-1 application last month and I am thinking to use Premium Service ($1000).
What I heard was if I go for premium service, INS tends to request more information and increase chance of denial.

Since the company I am applying for is very new and I hope this doesn't affect much for premium service.

If anyone know information about premium service, please share with us.

Any information is appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance.

my H-1B extension got approved at VSC

I was waiting for my H-1B extension to approve and couldn't wait anymore, so the company filed for premium processing for me. I don't see why it can increase the chance of denial. For sure they'll let you know in 15 calendar days whether they need more information or their decision regarding the case.

Mine was approved in 7 days.

I agree. type of company should not affect changing to premium processing. It is not true that normal processing ignores violations or untruths...

Thanks for your info.
I was told by 2 different lawyers that If I go premium service, INS will request bunch of information than regular processing.
Do anyone know if it is true?

Thanks in advance
