Premium processing upgrade from regular processing ASAP!

My company just filed my application (through the new 20K cap) by regular processing. Given that my OPT expires on May 31st and I am still waiting fo the lin number. I want to upgrade my application to premium ASAP what is the next step???

a) Wait for the LIN number and upgrade for the application to premium?
b) Apply again?
c) Any other procedure?

Whatever is the next step what are the requeriments??

You can upgrade your currently files I-129 to premium processing. See following link for more inf:

I think you need the receipt number of H1 to request premium processing. So your option "a)" is the way to do it in my opinion.
 
File I -907

I believe you can file form I-907 immediately and upgrade to premium processing.

Please verify my post with somebody else.

premiun processing taking longer than 15 days!

I'm in the exact same situation. My OPT expires on 5/31/05. My company filed premium processing on 5/4/05 and IRC was suuposed to complete reviewing my case within 15 days. Then, IRC requested another documentation (so that they can accept $1k and exceed the time frame to complete my case, b/c they are so backed up with cases!, according to my lawer!). My company submitted the documentation to my lawer and IRC is supposed to get back to me by 6/15/05. If they don't give me the verdit by then, can I stay in the U.S. untill my case is reviwed or do I have to leave this county after 30 days of my OPT expiration? What happens to my application 9which was also submitted on 5.4.05)for the regular YR 2005?

Has this happen to any of you?
Is there anything i can do in this situation?
 
I don't agree.

My H-1B was approved in less than a week.

My petition was filed with VSC under the 20,000 cap exempt category for FY 2005 on May 25 and got approved on June 1st, 2005. It was filed with premium processing.

Also note that last weekend was long weekend due to memorial day.

Kudos to VSC!
