Premium Processing Receipt DELAY !!!

My 15 days are over from any date...(received date, notice date...)...its around 25 days since they received PP request and 16 days since they issued the notice and updated status online..........
I dont know what they r doing...but I have not received a decision or RFE or anything....
This is the most frustrating thing in my entire life...

My employer just told me mine has been approved.

Original received date: 06/28
Sent to PP: 10/06
PP received date: 10/12
Approval: 10/19 (no REF required.)
I'll let you guys know when my b/f and me get the document.

This is really frustrating
Even after 25 days past and you did not hear anything back after that.
Write a email to them at VSCPremiumProcessing@dhs.gov
and you should get a reply the next day. if you LUD is getting updated then you may get a ref. but otherwise they should do something right now.
My case went through smoothly as
Graduate Quota first time H-1B (F1 - H-1B)
normal application applied on June 5 with received date June 27
Got received notice on July 5
then upgraded to premium
Applied at Oct 5
received at Oct 6
and Web site updated on Oct 10
and got email on 10th too.
Got Receipt notice on Oct 13
and Approval Email on Oct 17
Approval Notice got on Oct 20.

I tried mailing on this email id, but they say that they will respond only to the petitioner. My employer says that calling them can create other problems. He says that uscis is same as any government office...more we enquire more they will create problems.. My lawyer got a call from VSC on last friday and he gave them all the information they needed regarding the job description..but still they r not making a decision...
Infact they have not yet encashed my check, I think they wont do that now because 15 days are over.
Employer says that he'll see for this week and contact VSC on monday. lets see...

My online status did change. It says the following:
On October 19, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 30 days have passed and you have not received the notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours.
