Premium Processing Receipt DELAY !!!

premium processing

hey
i have applied for prepium processing but check has not been cleared
i had applieid on sept 24 th but no newz yet when i check online the status is same
can u plz advice me what should i do

My Application got APPROVED today. I sent it for premium processing, but it got cleared before the premium processing came up, so I have landed up saving my $1000 too.
So heres the details:
EAC #06161*****
Center - Vermont Service Center
Receipt date - May 9th, 2006.
Advanced degree quota.
OPT expired on Sept 5th...was on grace period till November 4th.

Nothing changed from then till now.
Upgraded to Premium on Sept 29th.
No receipt number generated.
This FREAKED me out.
Calls and email to the Premium Processing office said the premium request was not found.

October 11th, the online status changed to Approved.
But its been approved on its own, as a form that was filed May 9th. Had nothing to do with Premium request.

They emailed me today saying they will be sending my 907 forms and my check back in the next few days.
Dont worry guys.....it will all work out in good time.
I'll keep you in my prayer too...because these past 2 months have been killing me softly...so i know what it feels like to be in your shoes.

did you see that it got approved today or yesterday the 11th?
they accepted my PP request on the oct 6th my status changed to PP online

i am still praying and have patience but its driving me crazy lol

How did you ge them(USCIS) to email you that they recieved your case. My H1 7th year expires Nov 1st. We are filing the H1 ext today with premium processing. I need a receipt or an official email from USCIS to continue employment beyond Nov 1st. Any advice is appreciated.

My employer told me she just got the email.
Reached: Oct.6
Email receipt: Oct. 13
Let's see when I will get the result.

On the Email receipt do they put the Case No?? If so I might be ok if I get the amil receipt.

hi can any one plz tell me how do u know if my application was sent to vermont , california , or nebraska , by looking at the EAC number
i come under advance degree H1

Please let everyone on this forum know when your PP was approved, and roughly how many days after it showed the status "..PP received ..." on line.

Well it looks like they are asking for RFE and my status changed on oct 16 (today) stating that they mailed an RFE. not sure what they need yet

is the rfe mailed to the employer or lawyers?

Probably your attorney. As he is dealing with the case any communicaion is sent to the attorney aproval /RFE .
what do you think how much time does it take for RFE to reach you or attorney, after they have posted on their web site.

Whould not they FAX the RFE ni case of PP.

My b/f got his approval!
the original receipt date: 06/20
changed to pp, received date: 10/05
approval date: 10/13

I am close to that Original received date June 26 and PP received date Oct 6.
so I should here any time from them now.

Yesterday I got my physical receipts for PP that does not say any thing big the same as email.

rest is same.

My received date is June 26th. Although PP application was sent on Sept 21st, the online status shows Oct 9th as the date PP application was received. I guess I should be hearding about it in a week or so. I hope it is not RFE :)

I got Approval email today. Web site is not updated yet for approval.

So keep patience.

MAsters quota application received date June 26 VSC
PP received on Oct 6,
PP approved Oct 16.
Start Validity Date is Oct 13(I requested to start form Oct 1).
