Premium Processing -Pls Clarify

Need a Small Clarification...

If an H1 is Filed for FY 2006 with Premium Processing when would it be Processed ?

With in three weeks from the date on which application is filed

OR

with in three weeks from Oct 1 2005 (will the application processing start from Oct 1)

Please Clarify ?
