Premium processing or regular?

Hello Everyone,

My wife is about to file for labor under PERM. Can anyone tell me how long will it take for her to get approval?
After that I guess she has to file for I-140. Is premium processing a good idea? What are disadvantages for filing I-140 under premium processing?
Also please provide me any suggestion or points which we have to be careful while filing? What is BEC or PBEC as I have read lot of mess about them in this forum.

I-140 PP has been suspended indefinitely, so your only option if PERM were to be approved today, is regular I-140

Since its a PERM labor, PBEC/DBEC shouldnt be your concern. Its only for old RIR/TR labor filers.

Two cases can be merge ?????

Dear folks,

case 1) I filled I-485 and I-140 (2nd time) just last month.
First time my I-140 was denied on the ground of 3 years BS degree, so I filled appeal for that case and filled new I-140 along with I-485 to get EAD.

case 2) I also filled new petition of PERM with same employer but different position.

My question is:
After getting aproval of PERM and it's I-140 ( case 2)
CAN I COMBINE THIS CASE 2 APROVAL OF I-140 WITH EAD OF CASE 1 ?
( CONSIDERING MY I-485/I-140 BOTH PENDING ).

As I know my I-140 ( case 1 ) might not get aprove but case 2: PERM/I-140 will be through.

I AM TRYING TO CHECK THE POSSIBILITIES.
I will appreciate If anybody can advise me.
