MY attorney has recently filed my H1 on Premium processing. I got the WAC # in 3 days. But the WAC # is just like regular wac# and even if I try that # with INS automated system(for premium processing), I got the message like " sorry, but this case is not for premium processing" I tried regular CSC # and I got message loke "This case has filed on XXX date and will take 30 to 60 days to.."I called the attorney and told about this, he told me that it is filed for Premium, and he told me that he did talk to INS on that, and they are going to change the message next week.
Is the WAC# for Premium will be in the same format as regular processing WAC#?
If it is not, whether they give new WAC# after changing this to PP?
