PREMIUM PROCESSING I-140 tracking 9/16/07

Looks like there is no method to the madness in NSC.

My previous I-140 had gone to NSC and it took around 10 months for them to open the file.

I guess you cannot predict anything with NSC. With TSC, things look more predictable.

Don't understand what's going on with NSC. TSC seems to be much more focussed.

Labor Perm AD May 2006
I 140 denied in PP on 1 yr A2P. No RFE.
I 485 obviously denied due to I 140.
Refiled I 140 RD 02/06/07
NSC center.
LUD 02/26/07
Nothing after that.
Online status case rec and pending.

Its going to be 10 months now. What are you guys with similarsituation planning to do. What do ur attorneys say?

Any approvals with same dates?
 
NSC need to pull up its socks now that receipting is complete. They have been good at approving EADs which is appreciated but they need to realize the importance of I140 as well. It opens up quite a few options for both 6th yr PERM filers and I485 applicants.

I am still upbeat that PP would be reinstated soon, albeit in a staged manner, so that they aren't inundated with PP requests.
