Premium Processing for Green card

Hello All,

Has anyone has idea regarding premium processing for Labor Certification and I-140 for Green card process. If there is no such anything like that, are they going to implement in the near future? Any information that you know regarding this, will be helpful.

Yes They are starting premium processing from Spring for i-140. This is again probable. I140 will be cleared in 15 days on premium processing

what abt Prem processing for LCA?..., is there any scope for the same in the near future?.
Do you have a website where one could get more information regarding the same?. This would really be great if it works out.

where in this site does it talk abt premium processing for Green card. WOuld appreciate your help. IS ur GC process going on?? Which stage are you in?

Spring 2002 AT THE EARLIEST.

Hey, I\'d love to see it but I sure don\'t suggest you hold your breath. We were supposed to have PERM (an expedited Labor Certification process) in the winter or spring of 2001, last I heard it was anticipated in the winter of 2003.

I\'ll believe it when I see it.
