Premium Processing Effects

My I140, EAD, AOS and AP are filed concurrently. My EAD has already been approved. If I upgrade my I140 to premium processing, do you think if my AOS and AP also get processed faster by default? Or do you think AOS, AP would still take the same time regardless I140 is done premum or not.

140 premium processing will have no effect on AP or 485 . Since your EAD is already approved ,most likely your AP will also be approved soon . Generally this is how it happens .

For AOS it will be a long wait depending upon your priority date,EB category ,Country of birth and receive date of your application . Other factors which may indirectly affect the case are name check ,security check .etc .

If your browse the forum you will see guys with approved 140 are waiting for years now . My 140 was approved in Sep 2003 and i'm still waiting for my 485 approval .
