My wife is 6 months pregnant and i want to file for her K-3 visa but am not sure if i should wait until the baby is born to make things less complicated. Can I still file is she is pregnant?

Hi,
You can file a K-3 Visa for your wife. If you are legally married, if USCIS ask for documents relating to your marriage, you can show them. Baby will also qualify on Citizenship by Birth.

Also it would probably be CR-1 or IR-1, not K-3.
Why would it be a CR-1 or IR-1 and not a K-3 visa?
