Pregnant and entering the US

I'm have a H1 visa and my wife has a H4 visa. My wife is pregnant and we are planning on visiting India during the start of her sixth month and returning in the middle of her sixth month. Can there be any problems or excess questioning at the Port of Entry due to her pregnancy ?
