Pregnant again and need my sister's help

I am getting my greencard this month. I have a 22 months old boy and 2 months pregnant of a twin. I can see that chaotic days coming with all these kids and I need my sister's help. She is in the Philippines but I am not sure how in the world I could bring her here in the US. What visa should I apply for and how long would this take? Someone please advise. Need this ASAP.

In order for you to sponsor your sister for a visa, you must be a US citizen (theres no visas available for siblings of permanent residents).

Is your sister able to qualify for a B1/2 tourist visa?
 
The B1/2 is tourist visa right? I am not sure what are the requirements for that. And I need her here before the twins comes out:(
