Looking at the previous months updates, my guess is that April Bulletein will be upto July 2002.

So far the Priority Dates have moved only one month at a time. Here is a summary of PD movement in 2005.

my prediction is it will move 1 month. ie 01-may-2002. I do not see any improvement as there is talk in various websites that uscis will further retrogress EB2 and all other categories worldwide

The April 2005 visa bulletin was made up during or around the first week of March and then published on the second week of March. So it means when the April 2005 visa bulletin was published the 27% worldwide level visas are not yet available because IT IS STILL NOT APRIL 1. APRIL 1 marks the beginning of the third quarter of the fiscal year so that is the time that visas open up again. We may know the result when May 2005 visa bulletin is published around the second week of April. Let's have our fingers crossed.

My guess it goes by one month..ie May 1st, 2002. Only during June bullentin (around June 10th) we will come to know the full impact of fourth quarter opening up...July 1st is the beginning of 4th quarter. I don't see my PD becoming current until July 1st.

I140 RFE was issued for ability to pay and option to change the category. The labor ad and the approval was in EB3. Although I had 2 Masters, and a Phd I was moved down to EB3. I wish I had the current immigration knowledge with me when labor was filed....we all learn by mistakes.
