Pre Paid Envelope

Hi,
I sent my passport for Revalidation. I forgot to put the prepiad envelope. To which address will they send my passport now.
ANy body faced this problem. Please help. Its already 3 months I sent it. I called the Visa Specialist and they are not giving any information .
