pre-emptive RFE response?

Since everybody expects an RFE on their 485, why not
preempt BCIS and send in the RFE response without
being requested? The usual - EVL, W-2, pay stubs.

Especially those folks with ND in Nov/Dec 2001.

In order to respond to RFE you have to include their blue cover document (an make a copy for yourself). If they see some random documents without their cover, they'll disregard them.

this happened for 765 too

I knew that I forgot to include the 140 approval notice copy...and
I sent it along with receipt notice.....still I got an RFE for 140
approval notice
