Pre Approved Substitution Time

Hi,
I am working for company A. I found one pre approved labour from company B. Can i apply for I-140 & 485 with my pre approved
labour
Please suggest me.

I heared. first substitute the labour. then file for I-140 & 485.
In This case how long it will take for substituing the pre approved labour . when can i apply for I-140 & 485.
