Pre-approved labor cases?

Friends,

Anyone filed for I-140/485 and got it approved after using pre-approved labor?

How do we know that the BCIS has accepted our labor certification substitution case? Please let me know how long we have wait initially to get that confirmation?

I am getting an offer with pre-approved labor and it almost matches my skills set. I am in a dilemma whether to accept it or go ahead with filing my own labor ( with Chicago ). Which one should I take?

Pre-appoved labour sometime works and some times no ..That is purely on education Qualifications and Work Experience ..so while attempting to such type of case pls go through everything and go ahead ..
As you said you are gonig to file from Chicago .. I would strongly suggest to go in main stream .. Chicago is not taking much time .. may be a difference of 4-6 months thats all
