Pre-approved Labor - 140/485 Concurrent Filing

I came to US in 2000 and still didn't get GC because of changing employers. Now I am offered a EB3 Pre-approved labor for May'2003 from a different employer (let's say "A"), based on recent visa movement, this PD has become current. My question is, can I use this EB3 labor (considering experience and skill set matches with the pre-approved labor) without joining emp "A" but by applying I-140 & I-485 (by June'30 2007) concurrently since PD has become current. I understand while filing for concurrent I-140 & 485 we can mention that candidate would join emp "A" in future. And I will join emp "A" after few months of applying I-140 & 485. Is it a good option, will there be any queries. Thanks.
