Hi guys

I start prepare my PR in canada i have some question so you fellows may help me answering this question .
1- shoud i do the police check before i submit the application or not
2-should i do the english test before i submit the application (i have been living and working in USA forthe pst 14 years. i also studied in american university for short peroid.i had a successful immigration application to canada in 1997 but i did not stay a long time in canada)
3- is IT MUST TO WRITE the salary in work expertises letter
4-my work experience in the past 10 years had change it since first application.i beleive my new work experience could be considered a skilled worker but does not match my education.

5- do i have to arrange for college transcirpts to be send directly to immigration or what ever transcirpts copys is enough.

does is will hirt my chances .
6-in case of interview which place in USA has the least waiting time for interviews

USA - checks - 3 months (approx), India 1 Months.
Apply for PR and send additional documents later on.
2-should i do the english test before i submit the application (i have been living and working in USA forthe pst 14 years. i also studied in american university for short peroid.i had a successful immigration application to canada in 1997 but i did not stay a long time in canada)
In my case I have not taken test. I have provided some document from presentation as speakers on international forum and worked. check same on this website.
3- is IT MUST TO WRITE the salary in work expertises letter
I hope so. Additionally I have provided my all w2s copy all first and last salary slip for my employment proof.

My education was not Com Sc. I had my education evaluated and send the same copy.

I used photo copy of my marks sheet. I also provided my education evaluation.
6-in case of interview which place in USA has the least waiting time for interviews
No interview in my case.

If Canada imm will need some document they will ask from you.

please . where I can find samples for English letter proving my English skills and also letter of empolying recommendation
 
I hope I have seen on some site on internet. Search on this site and I hope you will get it.
For english I provided - one letter from my employer stating my job responsibility and use of english as one of the skils required in the job with his assisment.
One letter on my experience as speakers on international foram and my education back ground with my current job experience.

For employer job defination:
Please get a reference letter which will match 100% from you job description in PR application.
