Pre-adjudicated 485s..What will happen next?

My PD is not current now. However, I hope that my case was pre-adjudicated. The reason is, I got a RFE in 485 (Birth certificate). After that I saw LUD for 3 successive days in our my and my family member 485s. We did code 3 FP about 2 years back. Recently we did code 1 FP again. But there is no lud. The last LUD is when we replied to RFE one year back. I strongly belive that our 485s were pre-adjudicated.

What will happen next, once my PD become current again? Will they send auotmatically the card? Will they review the file again? If I change address or employment (AC21) will it trigger any sort of RFE?

Where is your application? I understand that the NSC was doing preadjesticating. I am not sure about TSC.

I asked the very same questions to my attorney, when I got an RFE ( I think a year back) .. and here is his reply ..

Replying to the RFE and getting receipt is no test .. to confirm if Ur application is preAdjucated.

If preAdjucated and your PD becomes current soon .. and if your biometrics is current .. NSC will send Ur card for production.

[He did not quantify the meaning of word "soon" .. I guess he meant under a year time period]

If your PD becomes current after many years .. say in the year 2009. Then there might be another RFE to verify if terms and conditions of the labor is still valid.

Isn't it crazy that we are having to wait so long due to bad policies and then when we do become current (whenever the hell that will happen) we have to prove things all over again. The BS of this whole process never ceases to amaze me :) :)

We need to see how they are approving EB3-ROW as it moved by one year in May. Now lot of people's PD become current now (from 2002 to 2003), though their 485 pending more than 2 years. If they send card automatically without RFE it will be great.
