PR with criminal records?

I was charged a misdemeanor while I was in the US as a student (I am not a US/Canadian citizen), and I am marrying a Canadian permanent resident. Will be able to get a permanent resident status?

You have to wait

not until 5 years after the probation ended, you cannot count anything before probation ended, hope it helps
