PR card not received for Spouse

We landed on the 9th April 2006. I received PR cards for myself and my daughter but haven't received it for my spouse. Is there a number I can call up from US to enquire about this?
I saw a number 800 255-4541 on cic website for PR cards but its only for Canada. They havn't mentioned any numbers for calling from outside Canada.

There must be some way to get in touch with the authorities from outside canada!!! Can I write a letter or Fax them about this issue? I just don't want to trouble my friend whose address I have used to call up the PR card authorities.

We landed on May 27th, my friend received my card on 6/28.. Waiting for my son/wife's card.. Hope we don't need to plan for another trip to canada..
 
Marooti,
Try to get a friend/relative who lives in Canada to conference you. He can call CIC number and you and that way you can speak with them. Thats the only option.
