PP stamping

is it necessary to provide proof of address at the time of Passport stamping on approval of 485.

I wasn't asked to provide / show current address

Hi!!!

I can not speak for all but in my case the officer hasn't asked me
show the proof of current address. He looked at the passport, 485 approval letter, asked me to fill the form , took photos, EAD etc and stamped on the passport. Hope this helps.
