PP Stamping

I need to go and get my PP stamped.

1) Do I have to take both my old and new passports. My H1 visa (expired now) is stamped in the old passport.
2) Both spouse and self have expired I94's on 31st Oct (day my H1 expired). Hope that is not any cause for concern.

Anyone at all with either experience of above situation or knowledge please do let me know.

Take both to be on the safer side - I did that too. Though they only ask for the new one for stamping. Will certainly need the I94

No, no cause for concern. Once you are in 485 stage - you can stay legal beyond the I94 date

Hi Friends,

I got my 485 approved. But my registered address with INS is my Chicago address. Currently I am working in california.. So shall i get Infopass appointment in california and get my stamping in california?

Please give me your views at the earliest.....
