You have made my day with this post. Yeah, you may have problem at the time of taking the moustache prints that are done after the fingerprints. The officer can take notice of the absence of the moustache and deny admission.
Of course, I am not being serious. I don\'t think you can have serious problem. As a matter of fact I shaved before getting the pictures for EAD/485, to be consistent with other forms of ID a already had. However, I don\'t think this is going to be a problem for you at all, in the worse case you can paint a fake moustache as Groucho Marx used to do

gvs26, Do not worry at all about any potential problems...
It is a personal choice whether you have facial hair or not. I wear glasses but I take them off for immigration photos because of the glare factor. Even If I had glasses in the photograph I could very easily to use contact lenses for the rest of my life. They are basically interested in the, shall I say, IMMOVABLE parts of your face
But, remember that this is the photo that will be on the GC for as long as you have the GC or 10 years whichever is shorter. If it\'s a personal preference to have a mustache, then wait for a week or so and let it grow back. Naaah! Don\'t wait get the stamping done already!
