PP Stamping I-94 ????

guys, which I-94 are we supposed to take when stamping passport ...
1) the very last one that we entered the country on?
2) the very last that we have (the one even more recent than the one we last entered on)
3) or all I-94's that we have (ie the ones attached to previously approved non-imm visa Notice Of Actions?)
4)and more importantly, my BIG QUESTION IS, that what if the most recent
I-94 was valid until 3 years ago (ie July 2002)

I think your most recent one will void all previously owned I-94. So use the one that you have received recently.

Yes, the immigration officer took my I-94, she told me I-94 is no longer needed to enter or leave the country.
I double check with my lawyer, I got the same feedback.
