PP stamping for Kids

Hi guys I need information about kids stamping. Do i have to take them for stamping ? or cards will be issued with out PP stamping for them?
Please share your experience.

Even I thought kids are not required for stamping,
But any how we took our 5+ year old with us,
They took her index finger print and I signed for her on the form.
They took 2 photos for her too.

Everyone who has to get the passport stamped must be present at the time of stamping irrespective of the age of the candidate.

For VSC

My 485 was approved from VSC. I went for stamping at SF, since
I live in bay area. The approval notice of my kids say that cards will be mailed in three weeks. Inspite of that I took my kids for stamping. When I checked the AVM on the same day, the message for
the kids said that cards were ordered and I received the cards withing
five days. The approval date was 3/29 and cards received by me
on 4/12.

You need stamping, if are required to travel.

However, the approval notices from CSC looks different.
