PP stamping experience at Newark

Hi All ,

I went today morning for my PP stamping. I parked the car half a block away from the federal building. When we reached at the buildings main enterance there were two lines . One for visitors and one for prior appointments. For PP stamping for PR , I asked.. and I got the answer that I have to walk past the building and make right.. there was another line . may be of 5-6 people.
That was the correct line. I checked there and got the number to enter into the building. They did the tight security check and let us go inside the building. It was on the 10th floor.
The lady at counter took our approval letters and asked us to sign one form and fingerprinted it. Then we waited for around an hour.
Then she collected all of our documents like EAD , AP , I-94s etc.
And then she stamped the PP and congratulated us. It took around 1.5 hrs.

Over all , stamping was the most pleasant experience of the entire long, tiresome and boring GC process.

Congrats

Is the any date limit to get passport stamped. You got it done in less than a month. What if we take more than a month to go for stamping ? any idea ?

I assume that your RD is 10/9 /01 and your ND is 11/25/01(not 2002) ;)
