PP Stamping documents question..

Hello all,
Tomorrow I am planning to go for PP STAMPING in SFO and I have question about I-94 , Do I need to carry all I-94s {Detaching from all my previous H1B's and latest I-94 from Passport} or recent I-94 from Passport is enough?

The only valid I94 is the one you got on your most recent entry to the US PLUS the I94 extensions that came attached to your H1 extensions subsequent to that entry.
Actually they are the same I94 - if you look, the I94 numbers WILL match ( if they don't, you have a bigger problem !! ).

Since you would've surrendered the previous I94s ( and extensions ) when you left US the last time, you can't obviously produce them now.

Makes sense ?

Frankly speaking I didn't know that all I-94s will have same number. twice I left usa but both times I haven't given original I-94s from H1B approval forms and gave only airline given I-94's FROM PASSPORT.

Still I have old I-94's in my H1B'S and let me check numbers on I-94'S .IF it is same number {Hope} then latest one is enough for stamping?

Latest one whether with the passport of with H1 should be enough, the others are souvenirs for you to tell your grand-children about your GC saga.

The last one is fine enough. We stamped today and I don't even think they would have asked us for it if it hadn't fallen out of our passports.
 
I94

Mine was in the passport and they took it. (I was also asked for EAD and AP, and gave them the current ones which means I have quite a lot left ;-)

Hi Becky
Congratulations even though it might be belated (probably very late) did not know that you were approved.
Finally the end is temporarily over and will be permanently over once the card actually arrives at your door step.
