PP stamped. Travelling out of country. On the return do I fill out I-94

Folks,

I have completed my PP stamping. I am travelling out of the country by air. On return I am assuming the only form I fill is the customs form. I don\'t think I have to fill out the I-94 card anymore.
What happens at the immigration counter at the airport for folks who have their Passports\'s stamped and no physical GC ?
Please share your experiences.

JoeF - Which line do you stand in at the airport?

If you have a passport with a stampled I-551 on it and are travelling out of the US, which line at the US airport do you stand in on your return to the US?

Does this change once you receive the actual platic card?
