Mine, wife,Kid(4 years) passports stamped today at NEWark INS.

Reached INS around 9:00 AM and out by 11:45 AM.

Can you post your details like ND, RD, EAC,....

Does the approval letter specifies you the time and location where to get it stamped.
Basically can you get the passport stamped at any other INS center by showing the approval letter.

In my approval letter they asked me to go to Newark INS on any WED between 8AM to 12
