hurry485, you were right about the move of Westminster office.
I went to that office this morning anyway just to make sure. It had a sign saying office moved to Santa Ana starting today, 7/3/01.
The new office is located at: 34 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.

I\'m not familiar with the area. I thought it was very difficult to find the bldg because there are no signs. Anyway, the parking is on Flower St.
and the bldg. is at the corner of Flower and Civic Center Dr.
Go to the 3rd floor first to present all documents and get your number. Then, go to the 5th floor for processing.

I got my number at 8:15am and was out of there with my stamp at 9:50am. Not bad. The officer was very polite. It took no more than
5 minutes to complete my stamping.
BTW, my approval notice said to go to the LA office but there was no problem getting my stamp here.
So, this is a great alternative to avoid the long, long line at the LA office.

Good-luck to you all.

Thanks for the info. How long are the lines there?
I need to go there to get my interim EAD card. Do I need to go very early?

There was almost no line on the 3rd Floor. This is where you go first to show your documents, tell them why
you are there, and get your ticket number.
Then, you can go to the waiting room on the 5th Floor. There were about 50 people in the waiting room when
I got there, so, not bad. I chose to go today because it is near the 4th of July holiday so I was hoping less people
would show up. I also heard that Mondays and Fridays are the busiest days. So, try to avoid that.
I got there at 8:10am and was out at 9:50am. They open at 7am. I don\'t think you need to get there very, very early.
At least not like the LA office.
Parking there costs 75 cents per 30 minutes. So, bring some money.
