PP Stamp + United Airlines + Heathrow?

Are the United Airlines staff at Heathrow completely familiar with the I-551 stamp? I am returning to SF next week and am wondering if I should anticipate any hassles...

(before anyone flames me, I searched the forums on these terms and did not come up with any relevant threads/experiences)
 
Best to call the airline or consulate. I don't think you will have a problem, it is just that it might take some explaining. Carry a copy of the approval letter with you to be safe. And some sort of explanation what the I551 means.
