Power to sign Business Checks

Hi

My uncle (US CITIZEN) started X company and told me(H1B) to work and handle the X company. I am planning for GC in that X company. we are opening the business account on Busiess name and he is giving full power to sign and handle.


Is it valid ?
In future any problem will come for my GC?.

He opend a company and waiting for me to transfer h1b now. Please advice me what best we can do?

I need h1b transfer to X company and start GC.

Can I request him to handle the company from his state. I work under him as employee of x company.
