Potential Issues with AC21

I am considering voluntarily using AC21 to switch employers. Are there any long term considerations/potential issues etc. (For example, Delay in I485 approval, Issues with further EAD approvals etc., Citizenship etc.) that I need to worry about? Appreciate your thougths and experiences here.

My I 140 was recently approved and my 2nd EAD has been filed but not approved yet.

There are no known short term or long term issues- including potential delays. Just get a 'similar' job.
