Potential error in I-129 for TN Extension of Status?

My employer's contracted law firm recently filed I-129 for TN extension by mail and it was approved by USCIS (I-797A + updated i-94 provided).

After the approval, they have also shared the petition documents with me. While reviewing them, I noticed that the law firm answered "No" to "Have you ever filed an immigrant petition for any beneficiary in this petition?" on the I-129 form when they themselves filed an I-140 on my behalf (same employer) recently (which is not yet approved. No I-485 was filed).

Is this a problem? If so, how big of a problem is this? I raised the issue with the law firm but they have not responded yet. What course of action should I take?

Thanks!

My amateur opinion: it's no problem at all.

Employer signed the petition, not you, right? So you're innocent of any misrepresentation.

Enjoy your extension. There's a non-0 chance that an I-140 application would cause the officer to decide you have immigrant intent, so you probably don't want to draw attention to the mistake with any kind of correction.
