Potential Bad News

Illegals were from all over the country, possibly a large portion might be from CSC. But we can never say for sure that this would not affect NSC.

Here is a theory. Say because of this CSC comes to a standstill in processing and they decide to transfer the cases to other centers like NSC to handle them until the backlog caused by this lawsuit is taken care of.

This is fucked up...

From the article:
"Government officials are obligated under the settlement to expedite their applications."

Here we go again....after El Salvador, religious workers, H1B cap, blah, blah...

Another case of horrible injustice

Here we go again, folks! It makes absolutely no sense that we, the "legal" immigrants, always have to suffer while the "illegal" immigrants get the amnesty that "entitle" them to a Green Card! Of course, this is done at the expense of us "legal" immigrants, causing further delay in our I-485 adjudication.

Words can't describe how much of a bull***t it is that we could just sit and watch this horrible injustice unfolds before our eyes. We pay our share of tax, pay all necessary fees to USCIS without any complaint, and obey all their "orders" to appear for fingerprints and interviews. Yet, we suffer in a state of neverending uncertainty to see if our I-485 gets approved while some, who come here without going through the proper channel, get the royal treatment.

In Illinois, "illegal" immigrants are also entitled to in-state tuition at the state colleges. Furthermore, there now is even a movement to issue them a driver's license! Of course, this accommodation is being considered, while some of us "legal" immigrants are treated like sub-humans and are given hard time when we go and apply for our driver's license at DMV (even with proper documentations).

When will this injustice stop? I almost think I should've arrived here without any legal paperwork so that I would get my GC sooner...

Sorry...I just had to vent my frustration out in the open...
