I am on an L1B and I applied for an L2B for my wife. During this time, we changed the apartments. The EAD issued by California Center, was sent to the wrong address (and the post office did not forward it). So, now it was returned back.
My lawyer recommended, we file an I-9. But he said it will take another 90 days atleast.
My wife's potential employer is now totally annoyed by the delay. Is there any fast way to get her EAD card ?
