post RFE

I have had received an RFE for original birth certificate. I have sent it and I get this message when i check my status

On March 23, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.[/I]

On an average how long it takes to something happen ?

cant say if y our bad luck is good .... but usually any where from 2 weeks to a month.

Are you from retrogretion affected country?

It is EB2 and I don't know what is retrogretion affected country, I am from India.

EB2 filing is not affected by retrogression. It's ony EB3.

I have the same message after my RFE was recvd by USCIS on Mar 15th, 2005. The website was updated 3 days later. Waiting
